The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall operational and administrative leadership, strategic planning, overseeing projects and program development, and Employee and Volunteer management. This individual will also develop, implement and directly supervise the Community Animation Program (Asset-Based Community Development), lead the redevelopment of the volunteer program, and provide support related to the Board of Directors.

The position is a permanent full-time (35 hours/week) job opportunity. The salary range for this position ranges from $60,753 to $83,164 per annum, based on assessment of the successful candidate’s education, skills, previous experience and other factors. The package includes a 5% matched, defined contribution pension plan, employer paid health and dental benefits and health spending account.
