The Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health has selected the Sage Seniors Association as the recipient of the 2023 CCSMH-CAGP Vision Award.
(CCSMH stands for Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health and CAGP stands for Canadian Academy of Geriatric Psychiatry).
According to their staff, “There were several great nominations this year and the review committee had a difficult task of selecting just one outstanding recipient! What tipped the scale was the work that you do to address the whole person including the social determinants of health with the goal of supporting the mental, physical and social health of older adults."
